PCD Die Design

This program helps design PCD draw dies from the basic start size and finish size.

It will help provide information on proper insert size, approach angle as well as a detailed template drawing.

Enter Start Size in highlighted cell, then enter finished size in corresponding highlighted cell. Scroll down and click Die Drawing 2 tab for drawing.

Adjust bearing by changing the corresponding cell on the Input page.

To make adjustments click on Input tab and select any highlighted cell for over-rides.

If you see a “check insert” message on Die Drawing 2, then you may need to specify an insert size or change the angle to one that is more appropriate.
